Scott Adams – CEO and Founder, Adams Online Ventures

scott adams aovScott is widely regarded as an Internet visionary and entrepreneur. He has the rare ability to successfully combine information technology skills and business/marketing knowledge in order to solve business problems and quickly improve a company’s ROI.

This ability comes from a variety of skills that Scott developed beginning in his youth, when he taught himself the C programming language, and then continued to grow when he launched an IT support and programming business in his teens.  Eventually, Scott went to work as a programmer for consulting firms, and in that position, he enjoyed contract work with worldwide clients such as Fleishman-Hillard, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, UPS, Nextel, MasterCard and many others.  Scott’s expertise and experience continued to grow as the world continued to shrink. In his most recent “job,” he grew a small eBook company into a multimillion-dollar public records search corporation that handled billions of records and millions of users; Scott came into that company as a programmer in 2000, and in 2010, he retired from the roles of Partner, President and CEO.

Today, Scott is well known and respected in the online business community, the card-not-present payment community, and the affiliate and Internet marketing community. He’s expanding his connections through forays into the corporate speaking world, and these connections have proven to be among the most valuable of his experience. His ability to assess a business’s needs, break down the IT/marketing/business barriers, establish a plan for growth, and build on that company’s foundation of strengths is what sets Scott apart from the other business “experts” marketing their services today.
